Mangrove was founded by people who spent 10+ years inside small NZ businesses — running ops, building finance teams, scaling from 3 people to 30.
We started Mangrove because we kept seeing the same three problems in the same order, and we knew a faster way through them. Today we work with 20+ NZ SMBs on operations, financial clarity, and systems.

Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute call. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that and point you at someone who is. If we are, you'll get a fixed-scope proposal within a week, and the first deliverable within 30 days.
Wellington-based, but most of our work is remote. We use video, shared docs, and weekly written updates — no endless meetings.
